Shipments

NOTE:  OUR LIQUIDATION SALE HAS GENERATED HIGH ORDER VOLUME SO OUR NORMAL 1-2 DAY SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE MORE LIKE 2-3 UNDER NORMAL WEATHER CONDITIONS.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, but our best effort to get orders shipped if they are received before 2PM EST of the day of the order.  Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. 

Please note:   If you order items that are in stock along with those that are out of stock or along with pre-order item, by default your order will not ship until the out-of-stockpre-order item arrives at our warehouse.  If you would like in-stock items delivered immediately, please place a seperate order for them.  Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. For high-cost items, we recommend upgrading to Priority shipping for insurance protection (default value of $50 provided by USPS which we may increase at our discretion).  Once we deliver packages to USPS,  we have no control over speed of delivery.

Returns

All items can be returned for a refund if unused and in resell-able condition with all instructions and accessories within 7 days from purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Canceled orders will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Visible cosmetic or physical damage, battery usage resulting in puffing or capacity or voltage reduction, discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to MassiveRC LLC in any way. No refunds after 7 days. All outside shipping boxes should be inspected prior to signing UPS/USPS/Fed Ex delivery sheet for damage. Any damaged items from shipping, must be brought to the attention of the shipping company and claim should be made. Most RC flying vehicle problems and damage come from operator error and/or judgment while flying your RC prodcut.  Any other problems with items can be straightened out through the forum or email tech support. All sales are final once the item is used in any way. All warrantees are covered by their perspective manufacturers. Please contact us as a go between if there is a problem contacting the manufacturer. Any custom made items and parts are not returnable at all. Canceled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping costs on defective or warranted items must be returned with all shipping costs prepaid at your cost. This includes the shipping costs of the items being returned to us and the items being shipping back to you as replacement.
